How the work goes

  1. Listen

    Interviews, a short survey and the records you already keep show what your community needs.

  2. Choose

    Your planning team picks a small number of promises from what you heard.

  3. Commit

    Each promise gets goals with a measure and a date. Each goal gets actions with an owner.

  4. Act

    Regular check-ins show progress, so the board sees what is done and what is late.

Your members stay private

Reports show counts by group. A group with fewer than 5 people does not show. Nobody in the organization sees one person's answers.
